VAN SPEYK is a Dutch Brasserie, right in the center at Spuistraat number 3 A / Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 16. In a warehouse restored in 2011 that dates back to 1659, you can dine intimately in a romantic interior with 4-meter-high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, antique paneling and centuries-old building walls.
Our cuisine is Classic and traditional, with an emphasis on local dishes and ingredients.
From our wine list, we serve a good glass of wine with that in a casual ambiance with Amsterdam hospitality.
VAN SPEYK is open Tuesday through Saturday from 17:30 to 23:30 (kitchen until 10 p.m.)
