VAN SPEYK is a Dutch Brasserie, right in the center at Spuistraat number 3 A . In a Canal House that dates back to 1659, you can dine intimately in a romantic interior with 4-meter-high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, antique paneling and centuries-old building walls.

Our cuisine is Classic and traditional; enjoy Dutch icons like Haring with chopped onions, Bitterballen with mustard sauce , Stamppot with oak-smoked sausage, Fresh & Famous Zeeland Oysters and Mussels or our Steak & Frites and Lamb from local Farmers.

From our wine list, we serve a good glass of wine or an ice cold beer from Dutch Breweries in a Monumental ambiance with Amsterdam hospitality.

VAN SPEYK is open Monday through Saturday from 17:30 to 23:30 (kitchen until 10 p.m.) We are closed on Sundays.
